How Do I Order Sport Chalet Labels/Tags

 

Step 1

Obtain Purchase Order(s) from your Sport Chalet Buyer.

Step 2

If you choose to use Pacific Barcode Label Printing Services, go to Step 3.

If you choose to Make Your Own Labels, you need to make sure all labels are made per Sport Chalet
label/ticket format.  Blank label/ticket stock can be obtained through Pacific Barcode (see form for ordering).

Step 3

Complete the Purchase Order Form entering your customer information and purchase order numbers.  Unless
otherwise noted, all orders will be billed and shipped using the default values on your account. All orders are
processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Step 4

Receive labels/tickets and place on merchandise per Sport Chalet standards.
